Designer Notes

I have to say, this is more a work in progress and to gather some feedback. I had to make some compromises and shuffle stuff around in places I am not exactly happy with.

Changes:
1. All crystal buildings except the facet conduit are not indestructible anymore.
2.The crystal core building now costs 1 manufacturing.

3.The issue with the buggy population cap has been fixed.

4.The facet conduit now properly gives you an engineer and a scientist of your species, not the two Luxar ones as in the vanilla version

5.The crystal core lost one crystal shard in exchange for being relocatable.

6.The crystal shard is now a buildable improvement. In exchange for only being able to build it once, the Crystal Core now gets +5% approval.

7.The harmonic array and the cristallization chamber lost the ability to spawn tiles upon completion. This has been moved to the facet conduit.

8. The new facet conduit spawns one less tile compared to the vanilla version, as there is now only crystal shard.

Some indepth explanation.
Personally I think, having that many indestructible buildings, most of them buildable on all your core worlds is a bit much.
Maybe you want to change something or realised you made a mistake later or there's some other reason why you don't want it anymore at this place. I think it's ok in case it's just one building or so, but five? So this mod adresses that issue.

The silicoids get quite a lot of tiles when completing their unique buildings on all planets, not just the homeworld, to compensate a bit for the space the random spawn improvements take away. As mentioned I reduced it by one, as you have also one less random improvement on the planet.

I don't know why Stardock granted them that many tiles for building crystals. I think there's a reason, so I left them in.

The +30% approval seems a bit much, maybe to compensate for the possibility that the shard spawns at a really inconvenient location. As this doesn't happen anymore, I lowered the overall approval gain by 10%.

The costs of the building don't really reflect their new value, the face conduit is hilariously underpriced.
But as I just reshuffled some stuff and the silicoids lost one crystal shard, I didn't modify the costs, except for
lowering the price for the core. As other civilisations get their main building for free, I don't see much of an issue.

The facet conduit is the only indestructible building as it gives two citizens. I either had to take them away or leave it indestructible. Being able to get an engineer and a scientist every time you rebuild it, would be broken.
The free tiles were moved to the conduit for the same reason. You would get tiles every time you razed and rebuild them otherwise.
